Employment opportunities for 2008/09

As a relatively small and specialist ski chalet company (ten chalets and peak season self catering apartments), Skivolution staff tend to function as an extended family, living and working together in the closely linked resorts of Le Praz and La Tania.

We tend to find a level of bonding takes place among our seasonal staff and as a result about 50% return to the company year on year, often to take up from where they left off at the end of the previous season, and often in the same roles and chalets.

This continuity is something that as a company we're happy to encourage and given the substantial number of customers who return to resort, some three or four times during each season, it works for them too often knowing the chalet and support staff who may have looked after them over a period of years.

As a consequence, many of the positions for which we require staff each season are often filled before the end of the preceding season. However each year there are several vacancies and we invite applications from experienced and qualified persons who feel they may be suited to working within our type of business.
