Our catering and menus

Our chalet chefs continuously produce high quality and tasty meals
on six evenings of your holiday (normally with Wednesday being their
well deserved day off). We endeavour to ensure that menus and cooking
skills are standard throughout our chalets and we hope that you
find the sample menus below tempting.
In our standard chalets pre dinner drinks and snacks will be offered
to you before dinner with bubbly and canapés being served
on Sundays and Fridays. In our premier service chalets we are delighted
to offer champagne and canapés each evening before dinner
(excluding Wednesday).
Whilst in the standard chalets we serve three course
dinners (with a cheeseboard being offered on one evening) the premier
service chalets additionally offer four courses each evening (with
the fourth course being a cheeseboard). As well as high quality
white and red wines, rosé wine is also served in the premier
service chalets.

If you have any specific dietary requirements
then there is no problem catering for these. We would request that
you let us know well in advance so we can ensure that your chalet
chef is aware of this and can plan and shop accordingly.
